Good article thank you. Children and the law is probably one of the most complicated areas for lawyers. My brother kid committed some crimes but an Atlanta lawyers firm really helped to resolve the situation and the kid is back on track now.

There seems no flaws while reading the book of law, everything is very clear, but the big problem is the people who are enforcing law, there are numerous cases wherein a child is abused by these people causing traumatic experience that they will carry forever.

Yes, I also agree that the law is complicated business. There are tons of aspect that we may know when it has a big deal with the Government. If we are not broad-minded, it's rarely hard to make a strong decision in order to protect our children from the crime. The regulation is not an easy matter.

Law is a very complicated business. Do all people of all nations are aware of the law they have in their country? Like they said "Ignorance of the law excuses no one" but how can we know our own rights if they make complex regulations? How can I protect my own child if I am just a regular parent not really knowledgeable in this ruling?

Abusing is a crime the Government needs to take some serious action regarding this issue otherwise the society becomes very worst. If this continues then our children will face the problems.

Day by day abusing children cases are more that in the school environment for this we have to take some action otherwise it is very difficult to send our children to school. I heard so many cases teachers itself abusing children this is very cruel and not acceptable thing.

The law is very beautiful when you read it, but the reality is very different. The police are always trying to enforce some authority on kids and sometimes they even use violence to scare them and make them confess even things they are not guilty for. So, from my point of view, the police should be educated a little bit when it comes to underaged cases.
